Human Capital Development<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The college aims to produce highly skilled, motivated, and competent mid-level professionals. The goal is to provide <strong>Outcome-Based Training<\/strong> that meets the requirements of the Ethiopian Occupational Standards (OS), ensuring graduates are ready to contribute immediately to the economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Technology Transfer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A core part of its mission is to identify, adapt, and transfer relevant technologies to micro and small enterprises (MSEs) and larger industries.
